Subscription Upgrade/Downgrade - PayPal

Step 1. First please check if your subscription has been indeed completed using the PayPal system. If the "Active Subscriptions" section contains the "- PayPal" phrase, please go to step 2. If it contains the "- Credit Card" phrase, please click here.

Step 2. The upgrade/downgrade process means canceling your existing subscription in the PayPal system, and subscribing to the one that you prefer. In order to proceed, please click the "Cancel" link. You will be transferred to the PayPal website - log into your PayPal account and cancel the existing subscription. Once your subscription has been canceled, please go back to our website and/or click on the "My account / Log in" page in the menu on the right side of the page to refresh it.

Step 3. Once you have sucesfully canceled your previous subscription, you will see that it says "canceled" in the "Product" column.

Step 4. Click on the "Membership Type" list to expand it.

To be clear - these days will be priced $0.01 or $0.02 (yes, one or two cents), due to the technical specification of the PayPal system (we never receive this money, as PayPal has a minimum payment processing fee which is higher than $0.01). For example if you had 17 days until the next renewal date and you choose to pay for the next year, you will be billed $0.01 for the first 17 days, and then $499.95 per 360 days.

Step 5. Please select the subscription that you would like to upgrade to (for instance a yearly subscription) from the drop-down list, and click the "Order" button.

Step 6.> You will be transferred to the PayPal payment page, where you will need to subscribe once again – to your preferred subscription type. The already-paid-for subscription days will be automatically added to your new subscription.

Step 7. Once you have completed your subscription using the PayPal mechanism, you will be transferred back to our website. At this point you are have already switched to the new subscription type. As a confirmation, you will see an additional product in the "Active Subscriptions" section and the "Payment history" table.
