Silver price chart for 2003 shows that silver was declining in the first three months of the year. The yearly low was formed on March 21 at $4.35. Then it continued to fluctuate along the level of $4.50-$5.00. In the last two months of the year it was gaining. The yearly high was formed on December 30 at $5.99. Overall, silver gained $1.15 (23.96%) in 2003. The final close of the year was $5.97.
