Silver price chart for 2019 shows that the price of silver was slightly declining in the first five months of the year. The yearly low was formed on May 28 at $14.320. Then silver was advancing and on September 4 it reached the yearly high of $19.547. Three-month-long rally resulted in a gain of $5.23. Then the white metal retraced some of that advance, as it fell below $17 mark in November and December. The final close of the year was $17.921. Overall, silver gained $2.381 (15.32%) in 2019.
