The U.S. stock market indexes are currently virtually flat as investors hesitate following yesterday’s move up. The S&P 500 index is down 0.1%, around fifteen points below the level of 1,800. The nearest important support remains at 1,770-1,775. The S&P 500 futures contract (CFD) trades in a relatively narrow range, however, slightly lower. The resistance remains at 1,780-1,785, as we can see on the 15-minute chart:
